About the program

Evaluation

The program was clinically validated through a scaled evaluation, powered for significance. 

Participants were recruited through online groups. 80% female, average age 45.6y (range 25 - 67y), BMI criteria >28 with average BMI 31.8, average weight 89.1kgs (range 63.8 - 130kgs). 

Participants underwent the 12 week Avid program. 
After completing an initial health profile, they received comprehensive support to lose weight through a sustainable and holistic approach. Key themes comprise nutrition, physical activity, sleep, mind and community. Aligned to NICE best practice and clincal guidance.
