Avid Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Introduction: These Terms and Conditions govern the Avid Referral Program provided by Oolong Limited (“Oolong,” "we," "us," "our"). Participation in the program is subject to these terms and constitutes acceptance thereof.
Eligibility: Participation in the Avid Referral Program is open to selected partners who agree to promote the Avid Care programs under the terms set out herein. Partners ("you") must be in good standing with legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Referral Code: Each partner will be assigned a unique referral code. It is important that this code be shared with potential customers (“Referred Customers”) to facilitate tracking of referrals. A referral is deemed successful only when it is tracked via this code.
Referral Rewards
- Reward Amount: For every successful referral, the partner will receive £45. A successful referral is defined as a full purchase of one of the Avid Care programs by a Referred Customer who has made successful payment for the entire program.
- Payment Conditions: The reward is payable only after the Referred Customer has made full payment for the Avid Care program using the partner’s referral code.
Responsibilities of the Partner
- Ensure that the referral code is used by the Referred Customer at the time of purchasing the program.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to advertising and data protection.
- Use ethical and honest practices when promoting Avid Care programs and refrain from making misleading claims.
Tracking of Referrals: Referrals will be tracked using the unique referral codes provided to partners. It is the responsibility of the partner to ensure the code is correctly communicated to the Referred Customers. Oolong Limited is not responsible for tracking issues caused by incorrect use of the referral code.
Payment of Rewards: Rewards will be paid on a monthly basis and within 30 days of the end of each calendar month in which the referred transaction was successfully completed and verified.
Modifications and Termination: Oolong Limited reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions of this program at any time, without notice, even though these changes may affect the ability of partners to earn rewards. Continued participation in the program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification. Oolong Limited also reserves the right to terminate a partner’s participation in the program if they fail to comply with any terms and conditions herein.
Limitation of Liability: Oolong Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, lost profits arising from or related to either this Agreement or the Avid Care programs.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the Referral Program, you indicate your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
